Take a close look down the river
For tonight there ain’t
No rest for a hero.
For tonight the lonely
Moon stalks will speak.
There ain’t no rest for a hero.
No Rest- Chuck Rodgers Project
Chuck Rodgers and his science project don't exist. If there is a little boy in some far off place named Chuck Rodgers who does happen to have science project- you can prove me wrong.
This fictitious blurb was written at the beginning of a story. As sort of a prophetic entrance. Which actually worked quite well. It appeared soon after I found out what an "Easter egg" was.
Easter Egg: An object, person, or event that constantly appears throughout a popular medium. (Such as Kenny dying in every episode of Southpark but coming for more; or the delivery van from Toy Story in almost every other Pixar production ever made.)
It adds a nice flair- not flare- to the story; a difference from an author's normal style of writing.
Flair is pretty. Flare or (Solar Farts) will... Destroy us all! Destroy us all! Destroy us all!
